By downloading, accessing, or using Rhythm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Because Rhythm acts as a client interface for third-party music services, you also agree to abide by the terms of service of Last.fm and any connected metadata providers.
Rhythm is an independent, local client application that provides visualizations and recaps of your Last.fm music listening history. We do not host or own the music, scrobbles, or album artwork displayed within the app. Availability of features depends directly on the uptime, API access limits, and policies of Last.fm and respective metadata providers.
Rhythm does not create, maintain, or manage user accounts on our own servers. All authentication sessions and user configurations exist solely on your local device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and your Last.fm account credentials.
You agree to use Rhythm only for personal, non-commercial music visualization and scrobbling purposes. You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, or intentionally disrupt the API rate limits or functionality of Last.fm or our local application architecture.
Rhythm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The developers of Rhythm shall not be held liable for any data loss, API service interruptions, inaccurate scrobble records, or third-party service changes resulting from your use of the application.
